Converting Audio + Video Formats
Do you have audio or video files in one format that you’d like to convert to another format? You can do it free at Media Convert. They handle a wide variety of digital media file formats including AVI, MOV, SWF, MPEG, FLV, Real and DivX. [via Digital Inspiration] Maximum file size is 50 Mb. For anything larger, you would need a conversion application on your computer. So this rules out longer video content.

VideoRonk: Video Search and Download
While PureVideo let’s you search for video based on meta information that content is tagged with, VideoRonk also lets you download content in .flv (Flash) format. Keep in mind that if you are planning on downloading content from a site such as, say YouTube, the site may be violating copyright. So by downloading it, you may be contributing to that. Mobunga: Mobile Video Guide
Mobunga calls themselves a “guide to video downloads for iPod, PSP, and mobile phones”. As Pete Cashmore at Mashable says, they’re sort of like a Digg for mobile video. As with video search engines like PureVideo and VideoRonk, you can search for videos using keywords. Mobunga does not, however, let you preview or view videos. Instead it provides a link to the source content. Not quite mobile TV, but still useful.
